When the MotoGP headed back to Silverstone this August bank holiday to a capacity crowd, Qdos Event Hire was only too happy to deliver temporary accommodation to the organising team, its contractors and the media in attendance.
Qdos supplied over 70 individual units from its range of cabins and modular buildings in a variety of sizes and layouts to meet the client’s specific requirements. These included offices for production, broadcast and security staff and the police, testing labs, media centres, galleries, workshops and a production compound complete with dressing rooms adjacent to the event’s mainstage. Alongside the traditional 16’, 24’ and 32’ cabins were single, double and triple bay CTX units, configured to especially for the event.
Over 142,000 motorbiking fans enjoyed the weekend as the sun shone and France’s Fabio Quartararo extended his MotoGP World Championship lead when he took the victory.
