Qdos Event Hire was delighted to be asked to provide cabins, toilets and containers for this prestigious event, for the 2012, 2014 and 2016 events. The organisers utilised 33 of their modern and stylish cabins for a multitude of applications:-
•Switchboard and reception areas•Observation units •Custom and immigration offices •Control rooms and rest areas for police, safety and fire staff •Gate controls •Lost children offices •Baby changing facilities •Storage •Office space •Ticket sales offices •Kitchens
They also supplied 31 toilets, in a combination of male, female and disabled units, throughout the venue.
In addition to the organiser’s requirements they also supplied 18 of the approved contractors to the event with cabins including; DB Systems, Melville, 360 Creative Event Services and CEVA Logistics.
