Qdos delivers a wide range of modular buildings, cabins and welfare facilities to TV & Film locations throughout the UK.
From short or long-term filming projects to broadcast compounds for major sporting and public events, we have a range of temporary accommodation to suit. We will work closely with you to understand your exact requirements and tailor a solution that fits both your budget and production needs. We can deliver to multiple venues and locations and our modular solutions are perfect for sites with challenging access. We have a range of optional extras that we can add to including furniture, privacy blinds, lighting solutions, staircases, partition walls, heating, temporary air conditioning and more.

Honeywagons
Our brand new toilet trailers are perfect for on location or if you require additional facilities at your studio. They are fully self-contained and will arrive to site fully stocked with toilet tissue, hand towels and hand soap. Available in two sizes; 1 + 1, 4 + 2 or Accessible, they can be rapidly deployed as required. All they require is a 16amp Single Phase power supply.
We can provide servicing and attendants upon request.
Showers
The mobile 4 bay shower trailers provide that extra bit of luxury for event organisers and event goers alike. Each shower cubicle provides a private and spacious changing and drying space as well as all the standard wash room facilities. All our modern units provide 4 cubicles and their seamless design makes them easy to clean.
The hot showers are gas heated and all they require is a mains water supply and suitable drainage, either mains or tank.
PLUS Line
We’ve extended our Modular Building range to include the brand-new PLUS Line. A premium product, suitable to long term hire projects (12 months +) or available for sale, it is perfect for studio facilities, show rooms, marketing suites, offices, retail units, pop-ups and brand activations. Available in a variety of sizes, it boasts a sleek and contemporary exterior design and several bespoke features that can be combined to create attractive individually designed spaces to perfectly match your requirements.
The flexible panel system allows you to customise and extend each wall as required with a wide range of optional extras that can be tailored to meet your needs. These include numerous glazing, window and door configurations, along with modular partition walls, thermally separated aluminium profiles and various shading options to protect against heat and keep the rooms cool as well as deliver privacy and security.
Open Plan Cabins
Our open plan offices come in a variety of sizes and provide a flexible working environment. They also make excellent meeting rooms, canteens and reception areas.
The offices are quickly installed once they arrive onsite and as soon as they’re connected to an electrical supply they are ready for immediate use.
Modular Buildings
Each individual module is 20ft x 8ft, these can be configured to create large open plan spaces. They can also be double, and triple stacked and fitted with internal or external staircases. Panels are designed for removal and repositioning, so for longer term projects we can adjust layouts to suit the user’s needs. Bespoke solutions are available but these do carry a pre-preparation charge for the configuration of the units.
