Qdos Event Hire’s modular cabins were recognised at this year’s prestigious Hire Awards of Excellence. The company was highly commended in the ‘Event Product of the Year’ category when the awards ceremony when they were held on 23rd April, at stunning central London venue, 8 Northumberland Avenue.
Organised by Hire Association Europe and Event Hire Association (HAE EHA), the awards represent the best in the industry for plant, tool, hire and event equipment. Independently judged, the awards are the pinnacle of the year for the winners and also those highly commended, with both companies and individuals receiving recognition for their outstanding contribution to the hire industry. This year’s glittering ceremony was hosted by popular presenter, broadcaster and journalist Jeremy Vine, best known for his BBC Radio 2 programme.
Qdos was established in 2010 to provide high quality temporary accommodation, welfare and toilet facilities and has successfully delivered units to many of the UK’s leading outdoor events and festivals. This particular award submission focused on their work at last year’s Festival of Speed where they supplied modular cabins in a range of configurations. Qdos also provided and managed a range of added value services to complement the products being supplied, this included carpenters to build and install over 80 purpose built access steps and ramps and cladding to finish and dress units.
